My dream job is to become a hairstylist, because I love styling people’s hair. Mainly my sisters and her friend’s hair. I also want to learn how to cut hair, I think that would be very fun. I know how to braid, french braid. fish bone braid, etc. I also want to be a horse riding teacher cause I love horses!!!

I am going to write about some Important Facts That I learned from the study of Egypt.

In this week’s study I learned about A lot of things but I’d like to talk Thutmose and Hatshepsut and a little about dynasties and of course upper and lower Egypt . Thutmose the 3rd made 16 raids in 20 years. He was an active expansionist ruler, sometimes called Egypt’s greatest conqueror or “the Napoleon of Egypt.” He captured 350 cities in his rule, as it is recorded.

Queen Hatshepsut reigned over Egypt for more than 20 years. She served as queen alongside her husband, Thutmose II, but after his death, she claimed the role of pharaoh while acting as regent to her step-son, Thutmose III.

A Dynasty is a a line of hereditary rulers of a country. I learned about lots and lots of dynasties.

Ancient Egypt was divided into two parts called upper and lower Egypt. There were differences between upper and lower Egyptians in the ancient world. : they spoke different dialects and of course had different customs. A dialect is a particular form of a language which is peculiar to a specific region or social group.

Write Some Important Facts That You Learned From This Study Of Egypt

This week was week 5 of history I learned about dynasties. A dynasty is a line of hereditary rulers of a country. I learned about the old and new kingdoms the old kingdom had four dynasties, and the new one only three. The new one included some of the most famous and powerful people, Ramses 2, Thutmose 3, Hashepsut, Tutankamun, and Akhanteten. Most of those names are very hard to pronounce.

I want to talk about Hashepsut a little before I end this essay. Hashepsut was queen but when her husband, Thutmose the 2nd died she decided to take the role as the king or pharoah.

How is God’s Sovereignty Displayed in the lives of the patriarchs? How do you see God’s sovereignty in your life?

How I see God’s sovereignty on the patriarchs lives is mainly with Issac and his servant, Eliezer. Eliezer pray’s to God that if he asks a lady for some water she will give him drink and also give all of his camels water. I heard that to give his camels water it would probably have taken 2-3 hours of hard work . Elieizer goes to a lady named Rebecca and asks for water and she not only gave him drink but also gave all of his camels also.

“Then the servant ran to meet her, and said, “Please let me drink a little water from your jar.”  She said, “Drink, my lord”; and she quickly lowered her jar to her hand, and gave him a drink.  Now when she had finished giving him a drink, she said, “I will draw also for your camels until they have finished drinking.””  Gen. 24:17-19 That’s how I see God’s Sovereignty in their lives.

How I see God’s sovereignty in my life is that I have a really good family and we’re christian’s.

The best birthday gift I have ever received

This paragraph is very hard to write because on each B-day I have a favorite gift. When I turned ten, it was a horse and a doll. But I will talk about a very pretty blue dress that I got for my last birthday, from Kohls. My friend’s Grandma gave it to me it is so pretty. I wore it to church the next day with a headband that My sister’s friend made, the color’s matched so well.

In What Ways Do You See God’s Revelation in the World around you? And, Do you respond differently Than the Ancient Civilizations that Ignored God?

  1. I believe in the one true God described in the bible in Genesis because I really don’t believe that every thing happened by accident in evolution. I know that all the thing s on the earth such as, birds bees trees and of course people couldn’t have been made so perfect without someone powerful, like God.

2. Yes, I believe way differently than the ancient civilizations. I believe in God who made the heavens and the earth.

I hope you thoroughly enjoyed reading my 3rd essay in the 6th grade history class.

My Favorite Part of the World Tour So Far

My favorite part of the world tour so far is in lesson 7, when the teacher taught us about Adriadna, who was forced to marry a Greek god. I thought, “What if I was forced to marry a Greek god!” That would be awful! It was interesting and fun to listen to that history lesson. I felt sorry for Adriadna.

Ariadna fell in love with the Atheanian hero, Thesues and helped him escape from her father with a string. later on Thesues abandoned her on the shore of Naxos, and left her there to die but the greek god, Dionysus rescued her. And Ariadna married him.
